Upstairs, three bedrooms, one with a large dressing room, a bathroom (shower and bath) and plenty of storage space.
Separate wc on each level.
Outside, walled garden with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, electric grill and barbecue. There is also a room for storing surfboards, bikes and/or pushchairs. Table football for all ages.

Baby equipment available: pushchair, cot and bouncer.

Talmont-Saint-Hilaire is 10 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne. Ideally located 5 minutes from the Veillon beach, golf course and Bourgenay marina. Cycle paths just a stone's throw from the house: wonderful rides in the marshes, Vélodyssée. Golf, thalassotherapy and racecourses are also nearby.
