Yanmar’s TNV engine is the jewel in our lineup, the engine Yanmar and so many of the world’s OEM’s fit to excavators, tractors, generators, refrigeration units, etc.

The TNV engine is the culmination of 95 years of Yanmar’s experience in making compact, frugal, long-life diesels of exceptional reliability. It is produced in a showcase, eco-conscious factory near Lake Biwa, Japan. In the TNV, all the Yanmar philosophies are distilled to create the best possible 2-, 3- and 4-cylinder multi-use diesel engines in the price range.
