Maschinenfabrik ALFING Kessler GmbH celebrate their 100 years anniversary in 2011. 100 eventful years in manufacturing Large Crankshafts ... from aircraft engines for Zeppelins and transportation planes over marine and locomotive Diesel engines to special mine vehicles, Automotive engines and biogas generators ... simply a good time.

Today, ALFING is the biggest manufacturer worldwide of high performance crankshafts in the range up to 8.000 mm in length. In-house we have the total value chain: process development, tool-die shop, forging, quenching and tempering, pre-machining, hardening, finish machining, assembling and component testing facilities.

With over 1.250 employees we produce crankshafts up to 8.000 mm in length, with a swing diameter up to 9.000 mm, a weight to 15.000 kg, a power transmission range up to 12.000 KW and a rotating speed up to 3.000 RPM.
